Saturday's Workday!!

Welcome to the "directions" for the FALL FLING:

Saturday, Nov. 17 is our Fall Fling and if you did not sign up and want to do a class, here is the supply list.
Please email Joyce with any questions and come and join us.  Of course you are also welcome to come and do your own thing.

Supply Lists for ECQG Fall Fling 2012


Bring all your regular sewing supplies, as usual.

AM: Supplies needed for 1 Microwave Bowl:
2 - 12" squares of cotton fabric
2 - 11.5" squares of 100% cotton batting
Even feed or free motion quilting foot, if available
·    Coordinating thread
·    Pattern and instructions will be provided.

 OR-

AM: Supplies needed for 4 – 16” Christmas Tree Napkins
2 – co-ordinating fabrics 1/2 yard each
·    Coordinating thread
·    Pattern and instructions will be provided

PM: Supplies needed for 1 Mini Card Purse:
1 – 12”x7” (back and front)
1 – 6”x6’ (front pocket)
1 – 6”x7”(middle pocket)
1 – 6”x8”(back pocket) 
1 – 6”x7” light or medium weight iron-on pellon
Coordinating thread
1 snap
·    Use coordinated fabrics – can be print or plain – directional prints are not recommended.
·    Pattern and instructions will be provided.

OR-

PM: Supplies needed for Crazy Border Strips
·   Strips of pale waste fabric for foundations – any width you want, but 3.5' will be a good starting size. Joyce will have a lot of fabric available for this.
·   Lots of random scraps -strips are fine, but other shapes add interest – wide or long enough to cover the foundation strip. Joyce will bring some, and we hope you will share.
