Elaine Quehl Workshops

An absolute success comes to mind when I thing about the visit we have recently had from Elaine Quehl Canadian Quilters Association 2015 Teacher of the Year. We had three days of workshops and the very talented Elaine gave a wonderful lecture/trunk show that gave us all incentive and inspiration.

October Meeting

Octobers meeting was very educational. We had learning corners which consisted of contentious binding, Simplicity bias binding making machine, using the Studio Accu Quilt cutter and the Accu Quilt Go cutter. Here are some of the pictures from the evening.
Christine's Reproduction interlocking squares is stunning!

Joyce with an example of recycled denim in a throw cushion, what an imagination she has.
Always coming up with new ideas to challenge us.

Well that was all for October. If there is anything you would like to see on the blog just let me know.
